Issues with frames, joints, or internal supports of sofas, chairs, and tables.
Defects in hardware, such as hinges, drawer slides, or reclining mechanisms.
Errors in stitching, fabric weaving, or wood finishing that were present at the time of delivery.
We will provide necessary replacement parts or hardware at no cost to you to restore your furniture to its full functionality.
Take 2–3 clear photos or a short video of the defect.

Attach your original receipt or order confirmation.
Our team will review your claim within 2-3 business days and provide a solution, which may include shipping replacement parts or a full unit exchange.
