At Furnimart, our curation doesn’t end at the warehouse door. We believe that receiving your furniture should be as seamless and inspiring as choosing it. We are committed to delivering your pieces safely, swiftly, and with the utmost care.

Complimentary Shipping

We are proud to offer Free Shipping & Handling on every item in our collection. The price you see is the price you pay, no hidden delivery fees at checkout.

Delivery Method: Front-Door Service

To ensure your order reaches you efficiently, we partner with trusted national carriers including FedEx, UPS, and USPS.

  • Standard Service: Most items are delivered via Front Door Package Delivery. Your order will be brought to the primary entrance of your delivery address.
  • Carrier Tracking: Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your furniture’s journey from our gallery to your home.

Shipping Destinations

Currently, we curate and ship exclusively to the 48 contiguous United States.

  • Exclusions: We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international destinations at this time.
  • Physical Addresses Only: To ensure secure delivery, we cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. A physical street address is required for all orders.

Processing & Transit Timelines

We value your time and work diligently to get your new pieces home.

  • Order Processing: All orders are carefully prepared and processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Transit Time: Once dispatched, shipping typically takes 2-5 business days, depending on your local transport zone.

Note: Our logistics partners operate on business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Important Delivery Reminders

  • Verification: Please double-check your shipping address before payment. For security and speed, we must ship to the address provided at the time of purchase.
  • Non-Defective Returns: While we curate for quality, we understand tastes can change. However, please note that we are not responsible for return shipping costs in cases of a "change of mind" or an accidental "wrong item" order.
  • Disassembly/Packaging: Some items are flat-packed to ensure safer transit and easier entry into your home. Simple assembly instructions are included.
